Job losses at Mythic as part of EA’s restructuring.

Joystiq reports that Mythic Online has laid off a number of staff including 21 customer service employees, half of QA and all of the playtest group.

The job losses are not added to the GameOverZone as they are part of EA’s planned reduction of headcount by 10%.

UPDATE: GamaSutra reports that job losses have also hit EA Tiburon, home of the Madden football game series and a number of other EA Sports titles.
