BAFTA runs networking event

By on May 22, 2009

BAFTA is hosting a networking event for the games industry next Friday 29th May.

The event is described as an “informal video games and networking night on the evening of Friday May 29th, in association with award-winning multi-platform entertainment company, Six to Start.” Full details are available

Six To Start produces multi-platform games including the critically-acclaimed 21 Steps for Penguin Books.

It seems a little odd to hold a games industry event just before E3, but then again, I’ve been surprised at how few Brits seems to be going to E3 this year anyway.

Because numbers are limited, BAFTA asks that you reserve a place by RSVPing to [email protected] by email.

BAFTA also have a mailing list to get more details of further public events, webcasts and competition give-aways. You can sign up at: http://www.bafta.org/newsletter/subscribe.html
